All Patients aged 75y and over are required to be informed of their named GP who has overall responsibility for the care and support that our Surgery provides to them. Patients who fall into this category will find their NAMED GP IS WRITTEN ON THEIR REPEAT PRESCRIPTION. This does not prevent you from seeing any GP in the Practice. You do not need to take any further action.
